| Fast, friendly, & excellent service. |

| The shop is very clean, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Estimate was accurate and done on time. Just had a little maintenance done on my truck and they reviewed for any other issues. Will be booking my next service with Tony's as really like their service. |

| Polite staff. Good call backs. Don't do work that isn't needed, and discuss the "why" when suggesting it not be done. Notice things that need doing, but no pressure tactics - let's customer know a reasonable time line for the work. Maintenance check list is the CAA one. Care ready on time and usually washed. Only down side is needing to book routine things like tire swapping well in advance as they have so many satisfied, thinking-ahead customers. |
